Dr. Barney is a dentist of uncompromising skill and professionalism on the leading edge of knowledge and state-of-the-art technology. Dr. Barney graduated from West Virginia University in 1982 with honors and is a member of Omicron Kappa Upsilon. Dr. Barney is a member of various prestigious, world-renowned aesthetic and neuromuscular organizations. He has been practicing dentistry in the same location since 1982. He received his Laser Certification in 2002. Dr. Barney is one of 500 dentists in the world that have taken all the postgraduate courses at a world-renowned dental institute in aesthetic (smile makeovers/full mouth reconstruction) and neuromuscular dentistry (the art and science of a person’s bite).
